tube feeding. Peptamen VHP Diet is specifically formulated
for easy digestion and absorption for patients with
impaired gastrointestinal function and elevated protein
requirements. Patients benefiting from Peptamen VHP Diet
may include those with protein-losing enteropathy,
diarrhea secondary to hypoalbuminemia, chronic diarrhea
in patients with pressure ulcers, and HIV/AIDS-related
malabsorption. Peptamen VHP Diet may also be useful as
a dual feeding with TPN or as a transition diet from TPN.
